Houston Children's Museum (6/23/07)

Mamaw & Papaw went with us to the Children's Museum on our last day in Houston. We really enjoyed it. We had to add our admission stickers to the pole in the parking lot as we left.

Mamaw & the grandkids (6/22/07)

Here is Mamaw Judy relaxing with Wesley, Kayla and Andrea after a hard evening of swimming!

Wesley's Frog (6/22/07)

Wesley found this frog out by the pool one night while we were in Houston. He absolutely loves frogs and wanted to keep it as a pet. We made him let it go before we went in.

Swimming at Mamaw & Papaw's house (6/22/07)

The kids really had fun swimming at Mamaw & Papaw's house. They had fun with the floats and jumping off of the diving board. They really enjoyed the time that Mamaw & Papaw spent swimming with them.

Stewart Beach, Galveston Island TX (6/20/07)

We went to the beach one day while we were in Texas. We found Stewart Beach and really liked it even though it was covered in seaweed.

Kayla really enjoyed playing in the sand. Mamaw had given her some of her kitchen bowls to play with. She dropped them a couple of times in the ocean, but we managed to find them without too much trouble.

Wesley coming down the world's largest water slide.

Here comes Kayla next!

Wesley and Kayla outside of the Stewart Beach pavillion. This is definitely a place to visit again.

Sienna Plantation Water Park (6/19/07)

The water park had a bucket that would dump water every few minutes. You had to be careful because the water was really strong when it dumped. I was walking by holding Andrea when the water dumped on us. I got soaked!

Cooling off in the kiddie pool before the lifeguards found a surprise that a little one left for them!

Just spashing around!

The park had a neat rock wall for the kids to climb. It was near the diving boards. Both the kids loved climbing on it.

Astro's game (6/17/07)

On Father's Day, Wesley, Joe and Dad went to the Astro's game. I think this was one of the first games that the Astros had won in awhile. They really enjoyed it. Wesley got to see his favorite player, Ichiro Suzuki, while he was there.

Andrea's moods (6/7/07)

I don't care what you do I am not going to smile!

Well, if you insist then I guess I will!

Point Mallard Balloon Launch (5/26/07)

We got up early to go watch the balloons take off at Point Mallard. I couldn't believe how many balloons there were this year. They had to take turns taking off since they all couldn't fit on the field. The kids really enjoyed it.

Andrea modeling her bathing suit (5/25/07)

Andrea was modeling her bathing suit for us at the pool. The water was still a little too cold for her to enjoy just yet so she spent most of her time sunbathing.

Wesley's Pitching Sequence (5/24/07)

Wesley moved up to Kid Pitch this year. In this game, he came in and pitched the last 2 innings and they ended up winning against the Cardinals. His team this spring was the Yankees.

Creekside Awards Day (5/23/07)

Kayla got the "A" Honor Roll for 1st grade.

Andrea wasn't very impressed with Awards Day!

Wesley also got the "A" Honor Roll for 4th Grade.

After Awards Day we took the kids to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate. They had new rides that the kids loved. They really seemed to like this racecar simulator.

Can't you tell that all the "kids" loved the rides!

It's Bumbo time! (7/11/07)

Are you looking at me?

You sure are funny!!!!

Andrea has finally gotten enough control of her neck that she can start sitting in her Bumbo seat for short periods of time. She really seems to like it.

Nap time for our 2 babies! (7/10/07)

Andrea and Smokey decided to take a nap together. Smokey kept getting closer and closer. She ended up curled up at Andrea's side. Smokey is 3 days older than Andrea.

Mothers Day

This picture was taken on Mother's Day. We followed Peggy and Sharon to Nashville on their way home. We stopped at Opry Mills Mall to do some shopping. I took this picture at Bass Pro Shop. I sent it in to our local newspaper and it was published in the Lifestyle section the next Sunday!

Birthday Celebration!

Since Peggy was having a birthday while they were visiting and Sharon had just had one a few weeks prior, Mom wanted me to pick up a cake for them since she had been unable to see them on their birthday. I decided that each one needed their own birthday wish so I had them divide the cake and put separate greetings on it.

Happy Birthday Peggy!

Happy Birthday Sharon!

First meeting!

Peggy and Sharon made a trip to Alabama to meet Andrea the second weekend of May. She enjoyed getting to know them and letting them spoil her!

Kayla's Field Day

Creekside had a fire truck at their field day. The fireman was spraying the water in the air and the kids were playing in it. They had alot of fun.

Did my shoes get wet?

They always have popsicles to end the fun at field day!

The girls in Kayla's class won against the boys at tug-of-war.
